2. Q: What does "On Our Shelves" mean?

6. Q: I received a confirmation e-mail. Does this mean my order is ready to be picked up or has been shipped?
A: No. This e-mail just confirms that we have received your order. You
will be contacted when your order has shipped or is ready to be picked
7. Q: What are your policies about security and privacy?
8. Q: When will I get my book(s)?
A: When a book is listed as a standard order that will ship in 1-5
days, that does not mean that it will be available in that time frame.
If you elect to have it shipped directly to you, it will usually leave
our store or one of our suppliers within that period. If you choose to
pick the book up here and it is not in stock, we order it from a
supplier. If they are able to ship it within 1-5 days, it may take as
long as five additional days to reach the store. The book is then
received into our inventory and the customer is notified of its
arrival. Basically, this means that a book listed as shipping in 1-5
days will probably take a week to ten days to arrive here. Under normal
conditions, when a book is listed as a special order, we expect it to
arrive in 3-5 weeks. In some cases a special can take longer, or not be
available at all. In any event, we will attempt to keep you aprised of
your order status.
9. Q: If I have questions about your site or suggestions on improving it, who should I contact?
A: You can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
