JEFF POLMAN is a journalist, screenwriter, and blogger who just can't stop writing about baseball. "Mystery Ball '58" was adapted from the third of his five fictional replay blogs, which include "The Bragging Rights League" and his latest creation "Dear Hank." His first published novel, "1924 and You Are There!", was based on the blog of the same name. After getting his start writing freelance articles for the Advocate newspapers and Boston Phoenix, he was Arts Editor of the Vermont Vanguard Press for its first five years before moving out west.
