It is 1971. A Street football league in on the verge of financial ruin. They need money. Doctor Simon English is a history professor at nearby Howard University in Washiington, D.C. (a predominately Black Institution) and is a fan of the youth league. He knows where to get the money. He has invented a time machine. And though Americans could not own gold in 1971, he plans to go back into 1865, Civil War, to find a long lost gold buried by the confederacy to keep it from the Union. It is his plan to liquidate the gold and turn it into American cash to save the youth league from being turned out into the streets, and bankruptcy.
