KEEPING IT REAL: A panel featuring YA authors COREY ANN HAYDU, MAURENE GOO, STEPHANIE KUEHN, AMY SPALDING, and moderator AARON HARTZLER

Ready for some young adult novels about real life?  No dystopian futures?  No paranormal romance?  Just real teens dealing with real issues?  Then join us for a panel discussion on "keeping it real" with authors Corey Ann Haydu (OCD Love Story), Maurene Goo (Since You Asked), Stephanie Kuehn (Charm & Strange), Amy Spalding (The Reece Malcolm List), and moderator Aaron Hartzler (Rapture Practice).

Corey Ann HayduCorey Ann Haydu grew up in the Boston area but now lives in Brooklyn, New York, where she drinks mochas and uses a lot of Post-it notes, habits she picked up while earning her MFA at the New School. OCD Love Story is her first novel. Her second novel, Life By Committee, will be out in Summer 2014. Find out more at CoreyAnnHaydu.com.

Maurene GooMaurene Goo was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where she navigated her childhood by practicing extreme bossy Lord-dom over her many cousins. She lives in Northern California with her husband, their three children, and a joyful abundance of pets. When she’s not writing, she’s running. Or reading. Or dreaming. Amy SpaldingAmy Spalding grew up outside of St. Louis. She now lives in Los Angeles with two cats and a dog. She works in marketing and does a lot of improv. Her debut novel, The Reece Malcolm List, combines many of her favorite things in life, including Stephen Sondheim and boys with great hair.
