This virtual event starts at 10:00 AM PT on February 7.
Register here.
Yotam Ottolenghi is one of the world’s most innovative chefs. The Jerusalem-born, London-based Ottolenghi became a sensation with a Guardian column focused on vegetarian cuisine. His vibrant cookbooks Plenty, Flavor, and Sweet are must-have companions for foodies and aspirants alike. Join him and arts and culture writer Rico Gagliano for a conversation about global cuisine, intergenerational cooking, and a demo that will inspire us to tackle another season of mostly-at-home culinary craftiness.
Want to nab Ottolenghi’s recipe and some key ingredients in advance so you can cook along on the day of the program? Register for the Brunch package. Prefer to simply watch? Register for a ticket only!
This program is funded by the Alexa Fullerton Hampton ’42 Fund

Many programs are now available virtually through the College’s Vimeo and YouTube channels.
